The approach is researched based to support your staff in providing high quality care in the the developmental areas with the greatest impact.
We are supporting teachers with tools to build their self-awareness and self-regulation. The workshops dive into personal biases and how to take care of ourselves so we can reduce teacher burnout. It helps everyone build emotional intelligence so we can collaborate in teaching children, navigating conflict, and supporting kids and families.
